Services included in the price and important information for your summer and winter holiday at the Hotel Portillo in Selva di Val Gardena.
Private bathrooms with tub or shower, WC, soap and shower gel dispenser, slippers, amenity-kit at arrival (additional products available for a fee in the beauty-shop), hairdryer, towels, make-up mirror, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, bathrobe hire for the entire stay.
- We kindly inform our guests, that smoking is not allowed at our Hotel Portillo.
- Daily cleaning of the room is included in the price.
- Surcharge for breakfast/meal served in the room: €10.00 per person.
- Surcharge for drinks served in the room or spa: €2.00.
- Garage: €20.00 per day (open from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.).
- 20% for extra beds.
- Surcharge: 80% for single use of a double room.
- All guests must be registered, a passport is needed for the check in.
Cash, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, advanced bank transfer (must arrive before your arrival). Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a prepayment of at least 1/3 of the total reservation amount via bank transfer or credit card. In the case of cancellation or modification of the reservation this policy will be applied: charging of 30% of the entire booked amount (=the prepayment will not be refunded) for cancellations made not later than 7 days before the arrival date. Charging of 100% of the entire booked amount for cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival. For earlier check out, later check in or no show 100% of the booked amount will be charged.
To avoid these charges, we recommend subscribing to the following insurance policy. Unused included services will not be refunded or compensated at check-out.

The number of people allowed to check in is limited to the number of beds booked and confirmed. You must notify us in advance of the presence of all guests, including children and infants.

Heated indoor swimming pool with water games, heated outdoor pool, Belisana Spa, Alpin Spa (open only in winter, naked area, no entrance for children), outdoor whirlpool, gym and fitness centre, garden with loungers (only in summer), garage and private parking.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Alpine Spa, the Ipnos Spa and fitness room.
Stops at Ciampinoi, Biancaneve and Dantercepies, in the winter months (fixed times and stops, ask at the booking office for timetables). Hotel Portillo Dolomites 1966 is a SKI-IN hotel - watch this video to see how you can ski directly from the slopes to the hotel. The shuttle service is only available for the outward journey.

The rooms and suites include breakfast. Our à la carte restaurant La Nibla is available in the evening for small and large meals.
Pushchairs are not permitted within the hotel. Please use a baby carrier instead.
